<h4>Requirement</h4>
<p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong> 7-10 years of progressive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role.</p>
<p><strong>Industry experience:</strong> Experience in relevant industry sectors (construction, manufacturing, facilities management, or commercial real estate preferred). Familiarity with contractor management and construction site safety protocols.</p>
<p><strong>Leadership skills:</strong> Proven ability to lead and develop HSE teams. Strong influence and stakeholder management capabilities across all organizational levels.</p>

You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements, source and assess candidates with strong technical experience, and ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Your focus on teamwork, customer service and time management will help us scale operations while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Talent Management & Acquisition</p><ul><li>Lead full recruitment lifecycle for localisation roles including linguists, localisation engineers, QA specialists and project managers.</li><li>Design and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels (proprietary databases, marketplaces, agencies and communities) to build diverse talent pipelines.</li><li>Develop and maintain role-specific assessment frameworks to evaluate technical experience, language skills and fit for localisation workflows.</li><li>Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define job profiles, priorities and timeframes while ensuring SLAs and hiring targets are met.</li><li>Provide coaching and guidance to interviewers on competency-based assessment, inclusive hiring and candidate feedback.</li><li>Manage offer process, negotiations and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless candidate experience and high acceptance rates.</li><li>Track and report recruitment metrics and time-to-fill, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of hire.</li></ul><p>Skills:</p><p>Essential Qualities for Success</p><ul><li>Technical Experience: Practical understanding of translation technologies (CAT tools, TMS, MT, terminology management) and ability to evaluate technical competencies of candidates. Experience working with technical job descriptions and assessing localisation engineering skills.</li><li>Teamwork: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, project teams and external suppliers to align hiring priorities with operational needs. Provide training, mentoring and support to internal stakeholders to improve recruitment outcomes.</li><li>English Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate clearly with international teams, candidates and clients.</li><li>Time Management: Ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
