Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive outbound activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, lead status, and prospect information in the CRM. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, meeting, and sales KPIs. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize prospecting and outreach strategies. Stay up to date with construction technology trends, industry challenges, and Builda Pay's product offerings. Contribute to improving outbound sales strategies and identifying new market opportunities.<br>Qualifications2+ years of experience in digital sales, Saa S sales, software sales, business development, or a similar role is a plus. Previous experience in outbound calling, cold calling, tele-sales, or B2B sales. Previous experience in Saa S, construction technology, ERP, project management software, Prop Tech, or B2B software sales is a strong advantage. Experience selling to construction companies, contractors, real estate developers, or other B2B organizations is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
