<strong>Job Description</strong><br>Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities, including general ledger, month-end closing, and reconciliations.<br>Prepare monthly and annual financial statements with a high degree of accuracy.<br>Maintain financial records and ensure the integrity of data.<br>Support the development of dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance.<br>Contract & Project Finance<br>Track financial performance of the company's three large water maintenance contracts.<br>Monitor costs, revenues, margins, and cash flows at contract level.<br>Prepare variance analyses and assist in reviewing contract profitability.<br>Provide financial insights to project managers and help identify cost-saving opportunities.<br>Budgeting & Forecasting<br>Assist in preparing the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts.<br>Analyze financial trends and performance indicators.<br>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align budget assumptions with operational realities.<br>Compliance & Audit<br>Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.<br>Prepare documentation for external audits and coordinate with auditors.<br>Support compliance with local regulatory requirements in Egypt and international reporting frameworks.<br>Cash Flow & Treasury<br>Monitor cash position and support planning of liquidity needs.<br>Handle payments, invoicing, receivables follow-up, and bank interactions.<br>Help implement measures to optimize working capital.<br>Process Improvement<br>Contribute to strengthening internal controls and improving financial procedures.<br>Participate in digitalization efforts and system optimization within the finance function.<br><strong>Requirements</strong><br>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br>Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.<br>Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.<br>Proven experience in contract accounting and project finance, preferably within infrastructure, construction, utilities, or water maintenance sectors.<br>Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.<br>Strong knowledge of Egyptian Accounting Standards and tax regulations.<br>Familiarity with IFRS and international reporting frameworks is a plus.<br>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.<br>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).<br> </div>
