Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead and supervise electrical construction activities for HV/MV substations and energy infrastructure projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring that site activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.<br>Key Responsibilities:Lead site planning and mobilization for the electrical scope, reviewing contract documents, execution/mobilization plans, PQP, HSE plans, and manpower/equipment utilization to ensure site readiness. Coordinate pre-execution readiness through detailed schedules and two-week look-ahead plans; verify availability of drawings, materials, manpower, subcontractors, and tools/equipment, and close readiness gaps. Approve site operational requests (DCMR, ACCR, ETR, SFR, vehicles/safety, subcontractor approvals) within delegated limits; coordinate with support departments for timely provision. Oversee implementation of method statements, ITPs, and safe systems of work; approve SNAs and work permits; ensure compliance with HSE and quality controls prior to execution. Manage daily/weekly coordination and progress meetings with PM, TO, Construction, and QC; issue minutes, track decisions, and communicate risks and recovery plans to stakeholders. Control materials flow with TO, MC, and QC, including MIR approvals, IMR/SCIMR endorsement, MSR/SSR, SMH, and storage/handling compliance as per project procedures. Lead subcontractor performance management, ensuring scope compliance, Workfront allocation, progress verification, monthly evaluations, and payment approvals. Coordinate Technical Office deliverables including PRs/SCRs, shop/as-built drawings, variation inputs, subcontractor payments, and client invoices. Manage and supervise testing and commissioning activities, witnessing FATs/SATs, validating pre-commissioning readiness, and ensuring system energization approvals. Monitor site productivity, resource utilization, and cost exposure; approve site overtime, purchases, and time sheets to maintain cost and efficiency targets. Coordinate delay and claim documentation with PM, Planner, and Contracts; record inspection delays, instructions, stoppages, and dependencies with supporting evidence. Lead construction close-out, including snag list rectification, completion notifications, lessons learned, and final documentation/records retention in line with ISO requirements. Ensure compliance with the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment and prevent incidents or injuries.<br>Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
