Implementation and monitoring of the application of quality systems and food safety inside the slaughterhouse, ensuring that all stages of operation and products meet the approved quality specifications and food safety requirements, thereby guaranteeing the production of safe products that comply with specifications and reducing waste and complaints. <h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعلان مديرية التربية والتعليم بدمياط عن وظيفة موجه أول (مادة / نشاط)</span></h2><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الغرض من الوظيفة</span></h3><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يختص شاغل الوظيفة بالإشراف على موجهي التخصص أو النشاط التابع له، ويساعد في التنمية المهنية للموجهين، كما يشارك في تنفيذ جميع الخطط الموضوعة في نطاق اختصاصه ومتابعتها وتقويمها وتوجيهها وفقًا للسياسات واللوائح والمفاهيم الحديثة للوزارة.</span></p><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يعمل شاغل الوظيفة طبقًا للمعايير الملزمة للأداء التعليمي لوظائف التوجيه الواردة باللائحة التنفيذية للباب السابع من قانون التعليم، وفي ضوء توقعات الأداء التي تحددها المعايير القومية للتعليم ويُقيَّم على أساسها، ويخضع للإشراف المباشر لرئيسه.</span></p><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المهام الوظيفية</span></h3><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإشراف والمتابعة</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الإشراف على موجهي التخصص أو النشاط التابعين له.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الالتزام بالميثاق الأخلاقي وقواعد تنظيم العمل والمنهج الحقوقي أثناء أداء المهام.</span></p></li></ul><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التخطيط والمتابعة والتقييم</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التنسيق مع التوجيه بالإدارات التعليمية المختلفة لتحقيق الاكتفاء من المعلمين أو الأخصائيين في التخصص.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إثراء خبرات الموجهين الجدد وتعزيز التعاون بينهم.</span></p></li></ul><h4 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">التنمية المهنية للمعلمين والأخصائيين والموجهين</span></h4><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المشاركة في إعداد الدراسات والبحوث الخاصة بتطوير المادة أو النشاط بالتعاون مع الموجه العام المختص.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعداد التقارير الشهرية المتعلقة بالتخصص ورفعها إلى المكتب الفني للتوجيه بالمديرية.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الخبرات والجدارات المطلوبة</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">استيفاء برامج التنمية المهنية المؤهلة للوظيفة وفقًا لما تقرره الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على شهادة الصلاحية لمزاولة وظائف التوجيه.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الحصول على تقرير تقويم أداء بمرتبة فوق المتوسط على الأقل في السنتين السابقتين مباشرة عند الترشح للوظيفة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">استيفاء جميع الشروط والمهام الوظيفية طبقًا للقرار الوزاري رقم 164 لسنة 2016 وتعديلاته، وقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 2297 لسنة 2022 بتعديل بعض أحكام اللائحة التنفيذية للباب السابع من قانون التعليم.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">سنوات الخبرة</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تشغل الوظيفة بالاختيار من بين شاغلي وظيفة <strong>معلم خبير</strong> على الأقل.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يشترط أن يكون المتقدم قد سبق له شغل وظيفة التوجيه الأدنى مباشرة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تشغل الوظيفة لمدة <strong>ثلاث سنوات قابلة للتجديد لمرة واحدة</strong>.</span></p></li></ul>
