Job tasks: * Inventory of building works: concretes / buildings / finishes * Proficient in engineering software SAP2000, ETABS, and preparing the calculation note and project schedules in Primavera or MS Project with high experience * Doing quantities by items, amounts, and materials * Review structural and architectural drawings * Completing small architectural modifications for clients - if any * Review the difference between license drawings and execution drawings * Prepare a full quantity survey for each project by items - including prices Required programs: 1. AutoCAD 2. Revit 3. ETABS 4. SAP2000 5. MASTAN 6. Linpro The work is 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break, 6 days a week Design work in a technical office only, not on-site supervision or implementation.
