With an expanding footprint spanning Dubai, New York, Egypt, and more destinations to come, our portfolio includes crowd favorites like Bisqo alongside new specialty concepts like Yuturi. As we scale our presence across Egypt, we are seeking a Partnership & Brand Expansion Manager who is half dealmaker and half creative director to spearhead our physical expansion, brand visibility, and commercial strategy in Cairo.

Role Summary The Partnership & Brand Expansion Manager will drive retail site sourcing, commercial menu optimization, high-visibility sponsorships, and strategic brand alliances across Egypt. Reporting directly to executive leadership, your mission is to secure prime store locations, engineer high-impact partnerships, and optimize local product demand.

The Role Most of what our brands have achieved so far happened organically—viral momentum, long queues, and customer demand. What we are hiring for now is someone whose full-time job is to go looking for what’s next. Cultural Activations & Pop-Ups: Originate creative concepts for brand crossovers, event sponsorships, corporate agreements, and seasonal pop-ups (e.g., Sahel activations) rather than executing standard briefs. Menu Commercialization & Trend Integration: Analyze POS sales data across Bisqo and Yuturi to identify bestsellers, track local Cairo F&B trends, pitch high-demand commercial menu additions, and coordinate campaign launches. Track Partnership Impact: Measure what each partnership, deal, or pop-up actually delivered—reach, sales, footfall, and brand equity—and use data to dictate what we do next.

Qualifications & Requirements
Required:Mandatory F&B Background: 4+ years of hands-on experience in F&B business development, brand partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial expansion in Egypt. Sponsorship & Expansion Track Record: Proven portfolio originating, pitching, and closing real brand deals, corporate partnerships, or retail site acquisitions in Cairo. Cold Outreach & Dealmaking: Completely comfortable approaching decision-makers cold, carrying negotiations from initial pitch to signed agreement. Established Local Network: Active contacts with commercial real estate developers, mall management teams, event agencies, lifestyle brands, and local F&B market players. Commercial Acumen: Strong grasp of F&B brand positioning, sponsorship valuations, POS sales analytics, and lease negotiations. Languages: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.

Advantageous:Existing networks across fashion, beauty, fitness, corporate, or entertainment brands in Egypt. A strong cultural radar for Cairo's F&B and lifestyle scene—knowing who is doing what, and why it works.

What Success Looks Like A steady pipeline of live collaborations, sponsorship activations, and pop-ups at any given time. Major partnerships or activations that get Bisqo and Yuturi talked about in spaces they haven't been before. Strong relationships with brand, corporate, and venue decision-makers who take our calls directly. Clear proof connecting the ideas you pitched to measurable footfall, sales, and brand coverage. New retail venues and formats increasingly sourced through relationships you built.
