<br>We are seeking a Business & Data Analyst to support cost governance, resource management, business case evaluation, and performance reporting within the Networks function. The role partners closely with Finance, HR, operational teams, and senior stakeholders to provide financial and headcount analysis, forecasting, reporting, and actionable insights. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic decision-making through robust analysis, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of business case tracking and reporting frameworks.<br><br><br><b>What you’ll do</b>

<li>Track actual costs and headcount against approved business cases across Networks and provide regular analysis of performance and spending trends.</li>
<li>Analyse, validate, and document cost drivers, resource trends, and financial performance to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and supporting analyses for leadership decision-making and group submissions.</li>
<li>Monitor key projects, identify emerging trends, provide early warnings, and support forecasting activities.</li>
<li>Maintain and continuously enhance business case tracking, reporting processes, and governance frameworks.</li>
<li>Execute and support resource management processes, including monthly headcount reporting, workforce analysis, productivity tracking, and data validation.</li>
<li>Support recharge calculations and analyses by collaborating with Finance, HR, Business Partners, and operational stakeholders.</li>
<li>Produce monthly reporting on spending, headcount, forecasts, budgets, and business case performance across different organisational dimensions.</li>
<li>Develop cost estimates and provide analytical support for month-end and forecasting activities.</li>
<li>Participate in business case development through rate card preparation, pricing simulations, reasonableness checks, and stakeholder consultations.</li>
<li>Monitor and report benefits delivered through transformation and continuous service improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Extract and reconcile data from systems including SAP, VIBE, FinX, Anaplan, and Think Box to support reporting accuracy.</li>
<li>Deliver high-quality ad hoc analyses, reporting, and stakeholder requests in a timely manner.</li>

<li>University graduate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technology management and/or finance environment.</li>
<li>Background in business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline.</li>

<li>Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and collaborate across multiple business functions.</li>

<p>We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot microservices, React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript to design, build, and support scalable digital solutions. The role offers the opportunity to contribute across the full software development lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence architectural decisions, and support the development of high-quality end-to-end applications. <li>Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, caching approaches, and data modelling techniques.</li>

Key Responsibilities:<br>Operational Leadership: Monitor and direct day-to-day plant maintenance activities, ensuring all predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance schedules are executed efficiently across production and packaging lines. Systems Management: Utilize SAP and CMMS platforms to track work orders, analyze equipment performance data, and manage asset life cycles. Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee spare parts inventory management, establish minimum/maximum stock levels, and drive spare parts localization initiatives to optimize the maintenance budget and OPEX. Continuous Improvement: Implement operational excellence methodologies such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to systematically eliminate recurring equipment failures. Quality & Food Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with stringent food safety and quality frameworks (e.g., GMP, HACCP). Oversee equipment enhancements related to food defense, such as magnetic filtration and hygienic design standards. Health & Safety: Cultivate a zero-harm culture by enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments (e.g., LOTO), and ensuring all engineering modifications meet safety compliance standards. Determine what evidence is decision-critical vs. optional and when existing data is sufficient vs. when new research is required. Recommend, design, or coordinate consumer/HCP research (qualitative or quantitative) when additional insight is required.
