Egybell is hiring a Head of Operations for a leading construction company<br>Duties and Responsibilities Project(s) Operational Supervision Monitor the performance of Area Managers and Project Managers on a regular basis. Ensure site activities are progressing according to the approved execution plan. Review actual progress versus planned targets. Take immediate action to address delays, obstacles, or underperformance and ensure continuity of work<br>Planning, Monitoring & Control Review and approve weekly and monthly operational plans for all projects.
