We’re Hiring: CRM Specialist<br>Join Real Mark, a growing real estate company, and take your career to the next level!<br> Location: Heliopolis, Cairo Job Type: Full-time<br>Job Summary<br>We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM system, ensuring accurate data management, effective lead tracking, and strong collaboration across departments.<br>This role plays a key part in enhancing customer experience, improving retention, and supporting data-driven decision-making.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>* Managing and monitoring customer data and the customer lifecycle within the CRM system.* Ensuring data accuracy and quality.* Ensuring the correct distribution of leads among all sales team members.* Monitoring and following up on sales team performance through the CRM system.* Monitoring marketing campaigns and tracking their performance and results.* Preparing and analyzing reports and presenting key indicators and results to support management in making informed decisions.<br>Requirements:<br>* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.* 1–2 years of experience in CRM / Sales Operations.* Real estate experience is preferred.* Experience with CRM systems, preferably Odoo.* Strong analytical and reporting skills.* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.* Practical experience in Sales Operations and Data Analysis, with experience handling large datasets.* Good command of English.<br>If you are interested, kindly send your CV to:Nourhan.
