<p>We are seeking an IPPS Customer Fulfilment Support Engineer to resolve complex and escalated technical issues related to Vodafone Germany fixed and TV products in a customer-focused, service-critical environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting, incident resolution, process improvement, and delivering high-quality support that improves customer experience and service standards.</p>
<p>This role is part of Customer Fulfilment Support within VOIS Egypt and is based in VHUB2/Dallah. It involves working closely with internal competence teams, third parties, and support colleagues to ensure incidents are managed end to end and resolved within agreed service levels.</p>

Conduct design reviews and quality control checks before submission. Project Coordination Coordinate with Civil, Utilities, Structures, Traffic, Landscape, and BIM teams. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Professional registration is an advantage. Master's Degree is a plus. Experience8–10 years of experience in road design engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, developing detailed shop drawings, and overseeing site execution for community and development infrastructure projects. Your efforts will ensure that all physical spaces and facilities are functional, cost-effective, sustainable, and directly aligned with the organization's developmental mission.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop conceptual, architectural, and detailed working drawings for community spaces, rehabilitation initiatives, and developmental infrastructure projects. Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates in coordination with project management teams. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to supervise construction and renovation works, ensuring strict adherence to approved architectural drawings and quality standards. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineering teams to resolve on-site technical clashes and design discrepancies. Review contractor submittals, material samples, and payment requests against actual on-site progress. Monitor project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and compliant with local building codes and safety regulations.<br>Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or architecture.2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in architectural design, technical office work, and site supervision. High proficiency in architectural software, including Auto CAD, Revit, 3ds Max/Sketch Up, and MS Office. Strong ability to prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed shop drawings. Solid knowledge of local building codes, finishing materials, and construction site safety protocols. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
