This includes MDES (Tokenization), International Wallets, Click 2 Pay, Agentic Commerce, Passkeys etc. and all future digital assets. Senior Accounts Payable <br>Key Accountabilities :Review and post PO and non-PO invoices with accurate vendor, tax, cost center, GL account, and payment-term coding. Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and supplier invoices; investigate quantity and price variances. Monitor GRNI & GIT with Company’s Departments. Reconcile supplier statements to resolve missing invoices, duplicate billings, debit balances, and old items. Process employee expense claims Ensure compliance with company policies, delegation of authority, local tax requirements, and internal control procedures. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Understanding construction contracts, subcontractor billing, and project accounting. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT and withholding tax requirements. Prepare accounts payable aging reports and payment forecasts. Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.<br>Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce. Experience working with ERP systems such as Infor, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable governance, controls, and reporting. Qualifications Proven experience in IT sales or account management, with a focus on solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, data center, networking, or ERP/business applications. Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management, including the ability to conduct effective client discovery and needs analysis. Demonstrated ability to prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate commercial terms while maintaining positive, long-term client relationships. Solid understanding of enterprise technology environments and the ability to collaborate with technical teams to translate client requirements into solution designs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different organizational levels. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM or similar sales tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Fluency in English and Arabic, and familiarity with the Middle East and Africa business landscape, are highly beneficial. Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain within industrial or energy sectors is beneficial. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment are required. A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of HSE standards and regulations in heavy transportation or oil and gas sectors is an advantage.
