Key Responsibilities Conduct daily rounds across common areas, facilities, and outdoor spaces to evaluate overall site conditions. Identify, document, and report maintenance needs, technical faults, and service gaps promptly. Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and agricultural teams to resolve site issues efficiently. Liaise with relevant departments to follow up on operational complaints from residents until full resolution. Oversee the performance of contracted service providers to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
