<h4>What you’ll do</h4>
<p>Support and maintain IT systems, including servers, Citrix environments, databases, applications, and printing services. Troubleshoot technical issues, monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance and backups, and provide Level 2 support to users. Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations, system reliability, and continuous improvement of IT services.</p>

<li><strong>Infrastructure & system administration</strong><br>
Assist in the administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers.<br>
Monitor system health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools.<br>
Perform routine system maintenance, patching, and software updates.<br>
Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.<br>
Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.</li>
<li><strong>Citrix & virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)</strong><br>
Support the administration of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments.<br>
Assist in managing StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and machine catalogs.<br>
Create and maintain Delivery Groups, Machine Catalogs, and Citrix policies.<br>
Troubleshoot user access, performance, and connectivity issues.<br>
Support software deployment and image updates using MCS/PVS.<br>
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.</li>
<li><strong>Enterprise printing infrastructure</strong><br>
Support enterprise printing solutions, print servers, and printer management.<br>
Install and configure printers, print queues, and printer drivers.<br>
Troubleshoot printing issues and user access problems.<br>
Assist in maintaining Follow-Me Printing and document management integrations.<br>
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and issue resolution.</li>
<li><strong>SQL Server & database support</strong><br>
Assist in administering Microsoft SQL Server environments.<br>
Monitor SQL Server health, disk space, and database performance.<br>
Perform scheduled backup and restore activities.<br>
Support SQL Server patching and maintenance activities.<br>
Execute basic SQL queries and assist with database troubleshooting.<br>
Work with application teams to resolve database-related incidents.</li>
<li><strong>Enterprise application support</strong><br>
Provide Level 2 technical support for enterprise applications.<br>
Assist with application installation, configuration, and deployment activities.<br>
Support application integrations with databases and infrastructure components.<br>
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary.<br>
Maintain application configuration and operational documentation.</li>
<li><strong>Service operations</strong><br>
Respond to incidents, service requests, and operational alerts within agreed SLAs.<br>
Participate in change implementation following organizational change management procedures.<br>
Perform daily operational health checks and preventive maintenance.<br>
Maintain accurate incident records and update knowledge base articles.<br>
Support root cause analysis by collecting logs and technical information.</li>

<p>Assembly Global Delivery is seeking an accomplished and transformational leader to head its Cairo Global Delivery Hub. This role extends beyond operational leadership- it is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the Cairo hub, driving business transformation, strengthening partnerships with global business units, and positioning Cairo as a critical capability center within Assembly and the broader Stagwell ecosystem.</p><br>

We are seeking a software engineer with a passion for building and validating resilient distributed systems. At Canonical you can build a career and drive the success of those leveraging Canonical's Ubuntu and Juju to build multi-cloud deployable cloud applications.<br><br>We see quality engineering as a first class engineering practice and are looking for people who can bring deep engineering insights and a data driven approach to test automation, reporting and data analytics.<br><br>The Distributed Systems testing team at Canonical is responsible for ensuring the high quality of Canonical's Cloud solutions based on Juju, Terraform, Open Stack, Kubernetes when deployed under highly diverse conditions, from bare metal in customer data centers to public clouds like AWS, GCE, Azure.<br><br>As a software engineer you will have the opportunity to develop CI pipelines which power Canonical's cloud integration testing and reporting. Upcoming initiatives you will have the opportunity to contribute to include expanding deployment capabilities to new clouds and developing AI/ML pipelines for automatic analysis of test results. Key Responsibilities<br>1. Organization Development<br>Lead the development and continuous review of the company’s organizational structure in alignment with business strategy. Conduct organization design and workforce analysis to ensure efficiency and optimal utilization of resources. Develop and maintain job descriptions, job profiles, and job evaluation frameworks. Review reporting lines, spans of control, and organizational layers and recommend improvements. Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives.2. Performance Management Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System. Establish and review KPIs and performance objectives across departments. Ensure alignment between individual, departmental, and organizational objectives. Monitor performance management cycles and provide guidance to managers. Analyze performance results and identify organizational development opportunities.3. Talent & Career Development Develop and implement talent management and succession planning programs. Establish career paths and career development frameworks for critical positions. Identify high-potential employees and support the development of talent pools. Partner with management to develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Design and implement competency-based development initiatives.4. Competency Management Develop and maintain competency frameworks for different functions and job levels. Conduct competency gap assessments and recommend appropriate development actions. Integrate competencies into recruitment, performance management, learning, and career development processes.5. Training & Development Conduct organizational training needs analysis in coordination with business leaders. Develop annual learning and development plans based on identified gaps. Evaluate training effectiveness and measure learning impact. Support leadership and management development programs.6. Employee Engagement & Culture Lead employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture programs. Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results. Develop action plans based on employee feedback and engagement findings. Support initiatives aimed at improving employee experience, retention, and organizational culture.7. HR Policies & Processes Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and processes related to OD. Ensure HR practices are standardized and aligned with organizational requirements. Identify opportunities for HR process improvement and automation. Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.8. HR Analytics & Reporting Develop and monitor OD-related HR dashboards and reports. Analyze workforce, performance, turnover, engagement, and talent data. Provide management with actionable insights and recommendations. Track key OD KPIs and report progress to HR leadership.9. Stakeholder Management Act as a strategic HR partner to department heads and senior management on organizational development matters. Provide consultation on organizational structures, workforce planning, performance, talent, and employee development. Lead cross-functional OD projects and initiatives. Job Requirements Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. HR/OD professional certification or postgraduate studies is preferred. Experience:7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in Organization Development or a similar leadership role. Strong experience in performance management, organizational design, competency frameworks, talent management, and succession planning. Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
