<p>Collaborate with IT/business teams to ensure that the tools are configured to meet the needs of the organization, following ITIL processes. Work with stakeholders to define requirements and design workflows within the ITSM tools. Continuously evaluate the performance and effectiveness of ITSM tools and identify areas for improvement. Optimize processes within the ITSM platform to ensure maximum efficiency in incident, problem, change, and service request management. Implement automation and custom reporting to streamline operations and improve service delivery. <p>Overview The role is primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end Vendor Direct Supply Chain and fulfilling orders supplied to our customers worldwide. Responsibilities Execute end-to-end Vendor Direct operations, including order flow management, supplier coordination, freight coordination, delivery tracking, and issue resolution across multiple vendors and manufacturing sites. Manage day-to-day freight activities, including shipment booking, carrier / forwarder coordination, shipment tracking, and escalation of risks to service, cost, or compliance. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order acceptance, readiness dates, collection windows, documentation availability, and shipment release requirements. Maintain freight master data, routes, tables, lead times and cost inputs, ensuring accurate handling of standard and non-standard freight charges. Review and validate digital site survey data for railway infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy against engineering requirements and design standards. Analyze survey deliverables and identify discrepancies between surveyed site conditions and existing design documentation. Update and maintain engineering drawings using AutoCAD in alignment with project specifications. Support the preparation of signaling design inputs and contribute to the development of technical documentation for interlocking solutions. Collaborate with experienced signaling engineers and survey teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure project continuity. Assist in organizing and maintaining engineering records, databases, and project documentation to support efficient project delivery. What do I need to qualify for this job? Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Demonstrate solid working knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation. Apply strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail in reviewing complex engineering data. Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support documentation and reporting tasks. Communicate effectively in English within a multicultural, international engineering environment.
