Ability to review and refine production-related documentation and reports, with attention to detail in Editing and data accuracy. Proven experience supervising factory teams, with the ability to coach staff, assign tasks, and resolve operational challenges. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards relevant to manufacturing facilities. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and production specifications. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners. Relevant technical or engineering degree, or equivalent experience in furniture manufacturing or industrial production. Familiarity with production management software and basic office applications is an advantage.
