In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales and marketing activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience while leading and mentoring field teams to ensure the effective execution of our commercial and export strategies.<br>Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and support field teams, ensuring daily operations run efficiently and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Strategic Execution: Set and track sales targets, execute marketing campaigns, and align field efforts with established organizational workflows. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable, problem-solving plans. Stakeholder Engagement: Visit key accounts and build strong, respectful relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal partners. Administration & Reporting: Prepare accurate performance reports, coordinate with internal departments on pricing and supply, and ensure full compliance with company policies.<br>Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing at a district or area level. Leadership Skills: Strong people management skills with the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain a professional attitude. Strategic Ability: Demonstrated capability in territory planning, time-management, target setting, and performance monitoring. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field (Advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage). Communication: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with professional fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken). Technical Proficiency: Solid analytical skills, high attention to detail, and basic proficiency with digital tools, MS Office, and CRM/sales reporting platforms. Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, work on-site in Cairo and Giza, and adapt to new responsibilities.
