<p>An Assistant Contracts Manager supports the administration and oversight of contractual agreements within an organization. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.</p>

<h4>Previous experience may include, but not be limited to:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Good command and knowledge of standard forms of contracts.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural or Construction Management is required.</li>
<li>5-8 years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.</li>
<li>PMC experience will be highly advantageous.</li>

This position primarily handles events of average complexity. Ensures their property events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales.
