Role Description This full-time, on-site Account Manager (IT Background) role is based in Sheikh Zayed City,Giza.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for IT and cybersecurity-related needs. Daily tasks include understanding client requirements, coordinating with technical teams to deliver solutions, resolving service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves preparing proposals, supporting pre-sales activities, tracking contract performance, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Cyber Shield services. The Account Manager also collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and accurate communication of technical and business expectations.


Qualifications

Strong foundation in Information Technology, with familiarity in cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions. Hands-on experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to understand and address client technical challenges. Proven Team Leadership and Team Management skills to coordinate with cross-functional technical and service teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience in account management, sales, or customer success within IT or cybersecurity sectors is an advantage. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are considered beneficial.
