Identify, prospect, and close deals with key clients including distributors, EPC contractors, IPPs (Independent Power Producers), and project developers. Maintain in-depth technical and commercial knowledge of PV module products to provide tailored solutions. Lead complex commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and manage the entire order-to-cash cycle. Represent the company at major local and international solar exhibitions, conferences, and client roadshows. Provide actionable market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and regulatory changes to the headquarters.<br>Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, or Marketing. Minimum 3 years of solid sales experience specifically in the PV module or solar industry. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with outstanding cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated track record of independently building and managing long-term, high-value client portfolios. High adaptability, willingness to undertake frequent business travel across Africa, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong analytical mindset with a proven focus on achieving measurable results.
