The role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving footfall, supporting leasing objectives, and positioning Abou Ghaly Development as a premier lifestyle, retail, and entertainment destination.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Develop and implement the brand and marketing strategy for Abou Ghaly Development. Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all customer touchpoints. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, events, and outdoor advertising. Drive awareness, engagement, and footfall through targeted promotional activities and partnerships. Support leasing efforts by developing marketing materials and campaigns that attract retailers, F&B operators, and commercial tenants. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and event organizers. Monitor marketing performance, customer engagement, and campaign ROI. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, leasing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on brand objectives. Organize launch events, activations, and community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence. <br><br>Requirements<br><br>Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or destination marketing. Experience in real estate, retail, shopping malls, mixed-use developments, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, and brand-building strategies. Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional projects. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
