Job Purpose: -The role is focusing on achieving the bank’s sales plan related to the personal loan products, credit cards and Auto loan.<br>Main Responsibilities: -Oversee implementation of the annual sales plan in line with instructions of the direct manager and the sector head, consistent with internal policies and Central Bank regulations. Monitor internal and external activities related to the department. Achieve monthly sales targets through optimal application of the sales management system. Negotiate and sign agreements with major companies to attract their employees for credit card issuance. Distribute monthly targets to credit card sales officers and monitor achievement. Resolve issues faced by the sales team as well as escalated customer concerns to ensure smooth operations. Improve credit card approval rates in coordination with relevant departments. Submit periodic reports to the Direct Sales Manager explaining workflow and target achievement status. Ensure full compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
