Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the earbuds assembly production line. Ensure production targets are achieved according to the approved production plan. Assign tasks to operators and technicians and monitor their productivity and discipline. Monitor daily output, line efficiency, downtime, rejection rate, rework rate, and quality issues. Supervise assembly processes for earbuds, charging cases, PCB parts, batteries, speakers, microphones, wires, housings, and accessories.
