Monitor PAR levels for all food items to ensure proper levels. Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.</p>

Daily responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, verifying measurements and technical drawings, tracking materials and tools, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. The Aluminum Site Supervisor also prepares basic site reports, documents progress, and supports continuous improvement in site processes and customer satisfaction.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong site supervision experience in aluminum, metalworks, façades, or related construction activities, including coordination of crews and subcontractors. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and measurements relevant to aluminum systems and installations. Solid understanding of construction site safety practices, quality control procedures, and compliance with local regulations and company standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with site teams, engineers, suppliers, and clients in a clear and professional manner. Organizational and time-management skills to plan daily activities, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines under changing site conditions. Problem-solving skills to address on-site issues, material discrepancies, and installation challenges promptly and constructively. Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, reporting applications) for documentation, reporting, and coordination. Previous experience in aluminum installations or façade projects in Egypt or similar markets is strongly preferred. Relevant technical diploma or degree in construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is an advantage. Ability to work on-site full time in Qesm El Maadi and adapt to outdoor and construction-site conditions.
