Monitor and analyze monthly TPLH performance by restaurant, Operations Manager area, and overall market, and prepare reports highlighting trends and improvement opportunities. Track and analyze employee turnover across restaurants and Operations Manager areas, providing insights and recommendations to support retention initiatives. Coordinate the implementation of Recognition & Rewards (R&R) activities and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring effective communication and execution of the annual calendar. Organize employee roundtable discussions, support engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and assist in implementing action plans to improve employee engagement and the workplace environment.<br>Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification or diploma is an advantage. Experience3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a multi-site or retail/F&B environment. <h4>The role of General Manager:</h4>
<p>We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned General Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty opening team in Egypt!</p>
<p>Reporting into the Regional Vice President, you will take the lead in project managing the opening of this incredible property. You will also be an active team player in strengthening our Four Seasons Egypt collection; creative in identifying opportunities to maximise development and shared synergy opportunities within the collection.</p>
<p>Our General Manager will lead the operational team in delivering consistently high service levels; ensuring our many return guests are warmly welcomed and looked after.
