This role does own the end-to-end Profit & Loss (P&L) management cycle across the business, ensuring robust financial planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making. The position is responsible for leading the commercial finance agenda while providing holistic visibility across revenue, costs, and profitability drivers. Responsibilities Lead the monthly forecasting process, including Commercial Forecasts, S&OP, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycles. Own the full P&L planning and analysis process, not limited to commercial finance, ensuring alignment across all financial drivers. Conduct detailed analysis of forecast vs. budget vs. actual performance, identifying key variances and business implications. Drive Volume, Price, and Mix (VPM) analysis to evaluate revenue and profitability performance. Perform profitability and growth analysis, including revenue growth, pricing strategies, and margin optimization. Analyze channel performance and mix across Modern Trade, Wholesale, and other commercial channels. Lead elasticity analysis and provide insights on pricing impact and market dynamics. Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions through financial insights and recommendations. Qualifications Experience Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience. Strong exposure across multiple finance functions, including: Commercial Finance Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Supply & Demand (S&D) Manufacturing Overheads (MOH) Financial Control and Reporting Basic Accounting Candidates with primarily Tax or Treasury backgrounds are not preferred. Technical Skills Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management. Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities. Experience with forecasting and reporting systems such as Mosaic or similar FP&A platforms. Leadership & Communication Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and executive management. Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions and drive business outcomes. Professional Qualifications Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, or CPA are preferred. Team Management Direct management responsibility for a team of 2 employees</p> </div>
