Ensure that online customer inquiries and complaints are handled professionally and within defined response times. Monitor customer reviews, ratings, feedback, and recurring issues, then recommend corrective actions. Digital Performance and Conversion Optimization Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to align paid media, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, product promotions, and online-sales objectives. Review traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior, acquisition cost, return on ad spend, cart abandonment, and sales funnel performance. Identify opportunities to improve product-page quality, search visibility, website navigation, checkout flow, offers, and conversion rates. Support A/B testing, landing-page optimization, product-page improvement, and customer-retention initiatives. Ensure proper integration between the e-commerce platform, analytics tools, CRM, marketing tools, and ERP. Reporting and Operational Control Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering online sales, orders, conversion rates, product performance, stock availability, delivery performance, returns, customer feedback, and marketplace performance. Monitor revenue, gross profit, gross margin, average order value, conversion rate, return rate, delivery success rate, and customer-acquisition performance. Maintain accurate online product, pricing, inventory, order, and customer data on Odoo and other relevant platforms. Ensure that e-commerce processes comply with approved pricing, stock, credit, return, and customer-service policies. Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements across e-commerce, warehouse, logistics, finance, customer service, IT, and marketing. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online retail, or digital commerce operations. Proven experience managing an online store and/or major marketplaces such as Noon, Amazon, Jumia, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of e-commerce sales funnels, online merchandising, pricing, promotions, conversion optimization, and customer journey management. Experience managing product listings, product content, images, technical specifications, stock availability, pricing, promotions, and online order flow. Strong commercial understanding of revenue, gross margin, discounts, product profitability, inventory movement, and fulfilment costs. Experience coordinating with warehouse, logistics, couriers, finance, customer service, IT, and marketing teams. Practical experience using ERP systems; Odoo experience is strongly preferred. Good knowledge of web analytics, Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and e-commerce performance reporting. Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is an advantage. Familiarity with SEO, conversion-rate optimization, email marketing, paid media, and online customer-acquisition metrics is preferred.
