Why This Role Exists Odoo built our reputation in the region, but it isn't the ceiling. The delivery muscle for much more is already here and already proven. AI enablement, custom application development, data analytics, cybersecurity operations, cloud management, and fractional CIO/CTO leadership have all been exercised for US clients for years. What we haven't done is sell that capability at scale to the region we sit in. The demand exists across Egypt and the Gulf, and we are barely touching it. We are hiring a Director of Business Development to change that and to build a regional pipeline that extends well beyond ERP implementation. What Zettasoft Egypt ultimately becomes in the region—the mix of consulting, engineering services, and products we lead with—is deliberately open. This role will help define it based on what the market buys.
