<p>About the Role</p><p>Wellness Pharma is hiring an Area Manager to lead our field sales organization across Cairo and Giza. The Area Manager will directly supervise 2 District Sales Managers (1 for Cairo, 1 for Giza), each managing a team of 10 Medical Representatives, approximately 20 Medical Reps total under this role's oversight.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Lead, coach, and evaluate the 2 District Sales Managers (Cairo and Giza). Own sales targets, territory coverage, and performance across both districts. Drive recruitment, training, and development of the field sales team in coordination with HR. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer relationships across Cairo and Giza. Report regularly to senior management on sales performance and market insights.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p>Bachelor's degree (completed) in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or Agriculture. Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with prior people-management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Based in or willing to work across Cairo and Giza.</p>

Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage healthcare professionals, deliver clear product information, and address concerns effectively. Solid foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, contraindications, and clinical use. Ability to work independently, manage schedules efficiently, and maintain detailed documentation of field activities. Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools. Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales (experience is a plus, not required).
