Role Description1. Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales reps to hit district revenue and market share targets.
2. Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and key healthcare accounts across the territory.
3. Develop and execute district-level sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
4. Monitor performance metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and report results to senior management.
5. Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies in all sales activities. Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary Medicine, or Agriculture2. Strong communication and negotiation skills3. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Medical Representative or similar role in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.5. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills.
