<p><strong>Location:</strong> Farm near Badr Village – approximately 30 minutes from Sadat City</p><p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li><p>Lead the overall day-to-day operations and management of the Applied Technology School.</p></li><li><p>Lead, supervise, and coordinate school management, teachers, administrative staff, and support teams.</p></li><li><p>Ensure effective implementation of the school’s academic, technical, operational, and student-development plans.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain a positive, professional, and disciplined school culture for both students and staff.</p></li><li><p>Establish clear expectations regarding attendance, punctuality, behavior, performance, and professional conduct.</p></li><li><p>Monitor staff performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and corrective actions when required.</p></li><li><p>Ensure teachers follow approved curricula, lesson plans, assessment requirements, and school procedures.</p></li><li><p>Monitor student attendance, behavior, academic progress, technical skills development, and overall engagement.</p></li><li><p>Lead student discipline and behavior-management systems while promoting respect, responsibility, teamwork, and professional attitudes.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate practical training activities and ensure alignment between school learning and industry requirements.</p></li><li><p>Maintain effective communication with parents and respond to student-related concerns when required.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Ministry of Education, industry partners, ArabSkills management, and other relevant stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Ensure implementation of school policies, quality assurance procedures, health and safety requirements, and safeguarding standards.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular school meetings and ensure effective communication across all departments.</p></li><li><p>Monitor school KPIs and prepare periodic operational and performance reports.</p></li><li><p>Identify operational risks and performance gaps and take timely corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Support recruitment, induction, development, and performance evaluation of school staff.</p></li><li><p>Organize and supervise student activities, skills-development programs, events, and school initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the school environment, classrooms, workshops, facilities, and resources are properly managed and ready for daily operations.</p></li><li><p>Represent the school professionally and ensure high standards of service, discipline, and educational quality.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in a related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in education, operations management or project management.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in Applied Technology Schools, technical education, vocational training, or private school management is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.</p></li><li><p>Strong personality with the ability to maintain discipline while building positive relationships with staff and students.</p></li><li><p>Excellent people-management, coaching, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of school operations, student management, teacher supervision, and performance monitoring.</p></li><li><p>Ability to create a positive, accountable, and performance-driven organizational culture.</p></li><li><p>Strong planning, organization, reporting, and follow-up skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively with government entities, private-sector partners, parents, and other stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Good command of Microsoft Office and digital management/reporting tools.</p></li><li><p>Good written and spoken English is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Willingness and ability to work full-time at the school location near Badr Village.</p></li><li><p>Candidates living in Sadat City, Badr Village, or nearby areas are preferred or willing to relocate.</p></li></ul><p></p>

<ul><li><p>Manage and oversee all day-to-day school operations.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the school is fully operational and ready for students and staff every day.</p></li><li><p>Manage facilities, classrooms, workshops, laboratories, and administrative areas.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, transportation, and other support services.</p></li><li><p>Manage school assets, inventory, equipment, uniforms, and operational supplies.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate procurement requests, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.</p></li><li><p>Ensure implementation of health, safety, security, and emergency procedures.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate school events, activities, visits, examinations, and other operational requirements.</p></li><li><p>Monitor attendance and operational discipline of support staff.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with school operational policies, procedures, and checklists.</p></li><li><p>Maintain all required operational records and documentation.</p></li><li><p>Monitor operational KPIs and follow up on corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Prepare regular operational reports for the School Manager and central management.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with academic, HR, finance, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth school operations.</p></li><li><p>Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, school administration, facility management, or a similar role.</p></li><li><p>Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Experience in managing suppliers, contractors, and support services.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of facility management, health &amp; safety, and asset management.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and coordination skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and take ownership of school operations.</p></li><li><p>Good reporting and documentation skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital management systems.</p></li></ul><p></p>
