Manage and oversee all day-to-day school operations.
Ensure the school is fully operational and ready for students and staff every day.
Manage facilities, classrooms, workshops, laboratories, and administrative areas.
Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, transportation, and other support services.
Manage school assets, inventory, equipment, uniforms, and operational supplies.
Coordinate procurement requests, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure implementation of health, safety, security, and emergency procedures.
Coordinate school events, activities, visits, examinations, and other operational requirements.
Monitor attendance and operational discipline of support staff.
Ensure compliance with school operational policies, procedures, and checklists.
Maintain all required operational records and documentation.
Monitor operational KPIs and follow up on corrective actions.
Prepare regular operational reports for the School Manager and central management.
Coordinate with academic, HR, finance, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth school operations.
Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, school administration, facility management, or a similar role.
Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
Experience in managing suppliers, contractors, and support services.
Good understanding of facility management, health & safety, and asset management.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of school operations.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital management systems.
