Social Media Specialist (Social Media Specialist) to join our team and contribute to managing and developing our presence on social media platforms, building real engagement and continuous growth for the pages. Tasks and responsibilities: Manage and monitor the company accounts on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X). Prepare and write professional content and captions suitable for the nature of each platform and its audience. Publish and schedule posts and Stories in an organized manner according to the content plan. Monitor messages and comments and respond to the audience in a professional and rapid manner. Work on increasing engagement, reach, and growth of followers continuously and effectively. Monitor trends on various platforms including LinkedIn and Twitter/X and propose creative ideas appropriate for the content. Analyze page performance and review Insights to identify the best performing content types. Prepare and organize the posting plan and maintain ongoing coordination with the team. Daily monitoring of pages to ensure quality and regularity of posted content. Requirements: Good experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages, with a good understanding of LinkedIn and Twitter/X platforms. Strong writing skills and audience handling. Clear understanding of growth mechanisms of social media pages and increasing engagement and reach. Commitment, fast responsiveness, and ability to work within a team. Preference given to applicants providing samples or links to accounts they have managed during the interview. nature of work: currently remote (from home), with potential to move later to work from the company headquarters in Cairo based on performance and efficiency.
