We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and contribute to managing and developing our presence on social media platforms, building real engagement and continuous growth for the pages. Tasks and responsibilities: Manage and monitor the company accounts on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X). Prepare and write professional content and captions suitable for the nature and audience of each platform. Post and schedule posts and Stories in an organized manner according to the content plan. Monitor messages and comments and respond to the audience in a professional and rapid manner. Work on increasing engagement, reach, and follower growth continuously and effectively. Track trends on various platforms including LinkedIn and Twitter/X and propose creative and appropriate ideas for content. Analyze page performance and review Insights to determine the best-performing content. Prepare and organize a posting plan and continuously coordinate with the team. Daily monitoring of pages to ensure quality and consistency of posted content. Requirements: Good experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages, with a good understanding of LinkedIn and Twitter/X platforms. Strong writing skills and audience interaction. Clear understanding of social media page growth mechanisms and increasing engagement and reach. Commitment, fast response, and ability to work in a team. Preferably provide samples or links to accounts managed by the applicant during the interview. Nature of work: Currently remote (from home), with possible transition later to work from the company headquarters in Cairo based on performance and efficiency. The work system includes morning and evening shifts, and the suitable shift for each employee is determined in line with the team's nature and workflow during the interview.
