Planning and managing all production stages inside the factory (from receiving raw lumber and materials to final finishing and packaging) to ensure delivery of products and furniture with the required speed and quality in accordance with approved designs. Developing production plans and schedules to execute furniture orders and projects, and monitoring their daily implementation. Direct supervision of department supervisors and workers (carpentry, machinery and CNC, assembly, painting/finishing). Monitoring the efficiency of operating woodworking machinery and coordinating with regular maintenance to reduce line faults. Calculating the quantities of wood and raw materials required for each production order and working to reduce waste. Supervising adherence to designs and technical drawings (Shop Drawings) issued by the design department. Implementing occupational safety and health standards to protect workers from machinery risks, wood dust, and chemicals.
