Primary responsibilities First: Daily operations management - Full supervision of all company departments. - Ensure showroom readiness before opening daily. - Monitor workflow throughout the day. - Solve operational problems as they arise. - Ensure no department stops working. Fourth: Inventory management - Monitor stock daily. - Reduce waste. - Monitor slow-moving products. - Ensure FIFO is applied. - Conduct periodic stock taking. Fifth: Quality control - Ensure product quality. - Monitor refrigerator temperatures. - Review cleanliness. - Ensure packaging operations safety. - Prevent any product not meeting specifications from leaving. Sixth: Customer service - Track complaints. - Resolve issues quickly. - Improve customer experience. - Monitor app ratings. - Monitor social media comments. Seventh: Delivery management - Monitor order preparation speed. - Track delivery time. - Reduce return orders. - Improve customer satisfaction.
