This includes construction, infrastructure, utilities, wave-breaker, coastal developments, artificial bays, Marina, ensuring the project meets its cost, schedule, and quality objectives while complying with legal and regulatory frameworks.<br>Responsibilities<br>Develop and administer all contract documents from the tender process through to contract closeout including variations and issue resolution for design, construction, and other project related contracts. Ensure that the requirements of the contract documents are implemented and maintained throughout the project duration. Lead the review and assessment of claims, disputes and variations. Interact with the Client representatives, the Project Management Consultant, and relevant Contractors in respect of all contractual matters. <p>Electro Mechanaical Construction Manager (RO Plants)</p><ul><li><p>Construction Management: Oversee the installation of RO systems, pumps, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical distribution networks, ensuring full alignment with approved shop drawings.</p></li><li><p>Schedule Adherence: Develop and manage detailed construction schedules to meet milestone targets; identify bottlenecks and implement solid recovery plans.</p></li><li><p>Quality Control (QC): Enforce strict quality assurance protocols, leading testing and commissioning processes to ensure peak system efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Safety & HSE: Champion an absolute safety culture on-site, conducting regular safety audits and toolbox talks in compliance with HSE regulations.</p></li><li><p>Subcontractor Management: Mentor and coordinate subcontractors and site engineers, resolve contractual or field disputes, and manage progress payments.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.</p></li><li><p>Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive construction management experience, with a proven track record specifically within large-scale RO desalination plants.</p></li><li><p>Technical Skills: Expert, deep knowledge of heavy MEP infrastructure and plant systems.</p></li><li><p>Software Proficiency: Advanced, hands-on skills in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM workflows), and MS Office.<br>Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and decisive conflict-resolution capabilities under high-pressure conditions.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p></p>

Assigned to work in the restaurant or bars. Prepare the restaurants and bars, taking into account the service flow in these areas. Take and serve orders from customers. Inform customers about order alternatives and encourage the sales of targeted services. Deliver maximum service in each unit, keeping in line with service rules. Prepare the service plates needed throughout service, collect the empty plates, and instruct the Bus Boys and interns. Maintain and any personal belongings of customers that have been left in the workstation and hand such belongings over to his/her supervisors. Comply with the departmental instructions and procedures published by the F&B Department. Carry out duties according to the practices and operational standards identified by the Food and Beverage Manager. Comply with operational rules. Plan working hours as deemed appropriate by the Food and Beverage Manager. Act according to the weekly work schedule and working hours. Attend the orientation training.
