Proposing and implementing social and sports activities to promote the team building strategy and trying to reach the highest percentage of employees’ satisfaction. Preparing Annual Budget (OPEX & CAPEX) for whole Digital across all offices after making sure the needs of our subsections and various technical requirements. Submit the budget on the system for reviewing. Reviewing a monthly P&L breakdown for whole Digital across all locations and make sure all expenses distributed to the right accounts, Making the needful Verification if there any major variance between the actual and the budget with who relevant partners. Reviewing the monthly Digital revenue monthly P&L report, and make sure all revenue is collecting after making the needful verification for each source of revenue (Social Media Monetization per Platforms, Digital campaigns, Digital projects, Brand Integration etc.), operating and following up the costs for each project. Following up the implementation and renewal of contracts as well as accounts and licenses, making it easier for digital employees to do their work optimally.
