The role involves promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, conducting property tours, and presenting features and benefits to prospective clients. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and supporting buyers throughout the sales process. The Real Estate Sales professional will collaborate with the development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with current projects and campaigns. The role also includes preparing offers, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and ensuring a positive, professional client experience from initial contact to closing.<br>Qualifications<br> Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of local real estate regulations. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Candidates should possess practical Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market trends and property valuation basics. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
