This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting software solutions, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demos, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM. The specialist will collaborate closely with technical teams to align client needs with appropriate solutions and provide post-sale support in coordination with customer service. The role also involves achieving sales targets, participating in marketing and promotional activities, and building long-term relationships with key accounts. Qualifications Strong Software Sales and Sales skills, with experience in selling software or technology solutions. Solid understanding of Software products and the ability to learn new platforms and features quickly. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, handle inquiries, and manage negotiations. Proven ability to work toward and achieve sales targets, with good time management and organization skills. Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in B2B sales or software solutions sales is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in New Damietta and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
