We are a company specialized in the cafe and retail sector with a strong presence in the local community, seeking proactive individuals who are interested in the coffee experience and delivering exceptional service.</p><p>Key Responsibilities and Duties</p><ul><li>Effectively greet customers and provide high-quality barista services according to company standards.</li><li>Prepare hot and cold beverages using coffee equipment according to approved recipes and ensure consistency in flavors.</li><li>Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks for customers with regard to dietary restrictions and hygiene and safety instructions.</li><li>Manage coffee stock, essential ingredients, and secondary kitchen equipment while monitoring expiration dates and quality.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, coffee equipment, and front area to ensure a safe and appealing work environment.</li><li>Calibrate equipment and ensure readiness at the start of each shift, reporting any technical faults immediately for follow-up.</li><li>Interact politely with students and guests, work as part of a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that contribute to brand loyalty.</li><li>Ensure compliance with public health and safety policies and implement quarantine procedures and comply with local labor regulations.</li></ul><p>Qualifications and Requirements</p><ul><li>Education: High school diploma or higher.</li><li>Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role, preferably in a cafe/restaurant environment.</li><li>Location: Eastern region, Egypt.
