Job objective: Support the storekeeper in preparing, reviewing, and loading finished products, ensuring delivery according to approved documents while maintaining inventory accuracy and product integrity. Responsibilities: Receiving finished products from production or the finished goods store and ensuring they match the documents. Prepare customer orders and loading orders according to the distribution plan. Review quantities and items before loading. Assist in safely loading goods onto vehicles to prevent damage. Ensure loaded goods match the issue permits or delivery orders. Deliver goods to transport drivers or customers after completing approved procedures. Record all issue and delivery movements in the system or records. Follow up on customer returns and hand them over to the supervisor according to approved procedures. Maintain order and cleanliness of the loading and delivery area. Assist in conducting periodic and daily inventory of delivery stock. Report any shortages, surpluses, or damage to products immediately. Comply with occupational safety and health instructions during loading and unloading. Maintain equipment used such as hand pallet trucks and barcode devices (if any). Perform any other tasks assigned by the storekeeper or warehouse manager. Qualifications: Intermediate or above. Prefer 1 to 3 years of experience in finished goods warehouses or distribution. Basic knowledge of inventory management. Proficiency in computers and Excel, ERP systems preferred. Skills: Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure, especially during loading periods. Ability to work in a team. Honesty and discipline.
