Al-Mihab Food Industries Company announces its need to hire a Production Planning and Manufacturing Officer to join the team, who has strong experience in production planning within food manufacturing facilities, with a preference for those with experience in the instant noodle industry. <br><br>Job responsibilities: <br>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with sales plans. <br>Monitor the implementation of the production plan and ensure adherence to specified deadlines. <br>Continuous coordination between production, warehouses, purchasing, and quality to ensure availability of raw materials and achieve operational efficiency. <br>Prepare production reports, analyze variances, and propose appropriate solutions. <br>Monitor production capacity and production lines and work on improving utilization and reducing waste. <br>Monitor stock levels of raw materials and materials required for production. <br>Contribute to improving planning processes and increasing operational efficiency. <br>Requirements: <br>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Science, or any suitable qualification. <br>Not less than 3 years of experience in production planning in the food industry. <br>Strong experience or knowledge of the instant noodle industry is a key requirement for the job. <br>Proficient in using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level. <br>Experience with ERP systems is preferred. <br>Strong skills in analysis, organization, and planning. <br>Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. <br>Benefits: <br>Attractive salary determined according to experience. <br>Social insurance. <br>Medical insurance. <br>Opportunities for development and career advancement. <br>Professional work environment within one of the food industry companies.
