Al-Mihab Food Industries Company announces its need to hire a Production Planning and Manufacturing Officer to join the team, who has strong experience in production planning within food manufacturing facilities, with a preference for those with experience in the instant noodle industry.

Job responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with sales plans.
Monitor the implementation of the production plan and ensure adherence to specified deadlines.
Continuous coordination between production, warehouses, purchasing, and quality to ensure availability of raw materials and achieve operational efficiency.
Prepare production reports, analyze variances, and propose appropriate solutions.
Monitor production capacity and production lines and work on improving utilization and reducing waste.
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and materials required for production.
Contribute to improving planning processes and increasing operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Science, or any suitable qualification.
Not less than 3 years of experience in production planning in the food industry.
Strong experience or knowledge of the instant noodle industry is a key requirement for the job.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
Strong skills in analysis, organization, and planning.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
