Key Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's / Diploma in Agriculture or Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or equivalent. Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field within a food or beverage factory, preferably at least 1 year of experience as a line supervisor. Age: Preferably 25 to 40 years old. Required Technical Skills: - Knowledge of quality and food safety systems: GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, 5S and Lean Manufacturing. - Full understanding of production lines: from receiving raw materials to packaging and storage. - Ability to read production reports: calculating OEE, scrap rates, productivity, and line efficiency. - Handling minor breakdowns: and coordinating with the maintenance department to minimize downtime. - Proficiency in computer usage: Excel and ERP System. Duties and Responsibilities: - Direct supervision of production line workers and technicians and assigning tasks to them. - Following up on the implementation of the daily production plan and achieving targets. - Ensuring the application of quality, cleanliness, and sterilization standards at all production stages. - Monitoring raw material consumption and minimizing waste and scrap. - Recording production reports, breakdowns, and attendance. - Training new workers on operating procedures and safety. - Applying occupational health and safety procedures.
