<p>The System Testing and Commissioning Leader is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all activities required for the safe execution of subsystem integration testing and overall transportation system testing, both in the factory and on-site.</p><p><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Planning and controlling prerequisites for integration and system testing: Ensuring the consolidation, completeness, quality, and finalization of the design, including system engineering (system-wide specifications) and subsystem engineering, as well as system architecture and interfaces. Ensuring the completion, quality, and documentation of assemblies performed in the factory and on-site, as well as the construction and installation of subsystems. Overseeing the software delivery of subsystems and ensuring their functional consistency with hardware integration at the factory, on test platforms, and on-site. Planning, controlling, and leading the processes for integration testing and system-level testing: Implementing the geographic integration strategy, progressively by test zones along the railway transport line. Preparing the integration test schedule. Preparing the testing documentation for infrastructure subsystems and station subsystems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing - MEP), including integration and test plans, test lists and programs, test schedules, test procedures, and test reports. Ensuring the safe execution of integration testing and proper documentation of test results. Follow-up of integration activities of partners and subcontractors in charge of critical subsystem integration testing, particularly railway signaling systems and centralized control systems. Ensuring the safe execution of system-level transport tests and proper documentation of the test results. Managing the handling of anomalies and outstanding issues (snagging and punch lists).</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications/Experience required</strong></p><p>Education: Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering</p><p>Experience: 5+ years of experience in metro projects leading group of workers and labours. <strong>Responsibilities</strong>:-<br><br><ul><li> Lead the design and evolution of conceptual, logical, and physical enterprise data models aligned with business, operational, and integration requirements.</li><li> Define entities, relationships, identifiers, constraints, reference structures, integrity rules, history, and lifecycle requirements within enterprise databases.</li><li> Review and govern database schemas and data-model changes to ensure consistency, scalability, maintainability, and alignment with application architecture.</li><li> Define data-architecture standards, modeling conventions, naming rules, data dictionaries, and structural documentation for enterprise systems.</li><li> Support integration architecture through source-to-target mapping, schema alignment, data transformation requirements, and cross-system data-model reconciliation.</li><li> Coordinate with application, database operations, integration, and data teams to ensure consistent implementation of approved data architecture and models.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications:-<br><br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li> 10+ years of experience in database design, architecture, and data modeling.</li><li> Proven experience as a Database Architect, Data Modeler, or Senior DBA in large-scale enterprise environments.</li><li> Strong expertise in relational database platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).</li><li> Hands-on experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or similar).</li><li> Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and data warehouse design.</li><li> Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and modern data lake/data lakehouse architectures is a plus.</li><li> Strong knowledge of SQL performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization.</li><li> Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and master/reference data management principles.</li><li> Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.</li><li> Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.</li><li> Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator, or equivalent) are a plus.</li></ul>
