The role ensures the reliable design, build and operation of scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that support product, risk, finance and operational use cases. This role focuses on data platform setup, delivery excellence, technical leadership, team development and translating strategic direction into high-quality implementation.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines. Implement data models aligned with product and operational requirements. Translate the architectural vision into detailed technical designs. Establish engineering standards for data reliability, testing, and monitoring. Build and manage a high-performing data engineering team. Provide technical coaching and mentorship.
