<p>Deliver on volume & NOPBT plans in export model countries. Managing export monthly forecast cross-functionally with the sales department to achieve the required sales objectives. Assess the orders received from the sales team to ensure the fulfilment from supply standpoint and negotiate the product availability dates based on the capacity/materials availability assessment outcome. Manage the materials sufficiency with the materials team and connect with the production planning team to set the production schedules to meet the customers requested dates and the vessel/trucks cut off dates. Revise all the laws and New regulations on export and inspection arrangements to make sure we can export our products easily. Issuing of all shipments related documents including BL, Invoice, packing list, CO, EUR 1, health certificate (HC) and all other documents. Partner with the finance department to resolve any accounts issues and update clients balance in order to release SAP orders. Reported SC Export KPIs (Order Compliance - OC VS Order Fulfillment OF). Communicate with government agencies such as: National Food Safety Authority (NFSA) to fulfill any government related requirements. Deliver Chipsy Samples based on the country specific requirements e.g. Nuclear Health Power for Tunisia . Support sales team in the shipments coordination with international freight forwarder and the different shipping lines .
