Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.</p>

Job specific responsibilities:<br>Develop and execute structured prospecting plans to acquire new SME clients through field visits, referrals, approved acquisition channels and market outreach. Identify and qualify high-potential SME prospects by understanding their business models, financing needs, cash-flow requirements and growth plans. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual financing, revenue and customer acquisition targets through disciplined pipeline and territory management. Build, maintain and continuously develop a healthy sales pipeline, monitoring opportunity stages, conversion, expected disbursement and revenue contribution. Build and maintain sustainable SME relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, supporting retention, repeat business and portfolio development. Identify and pursue portfolio growth opportunities through relevant cross-selling, up-selling and additional financing solutions aligned with customer needs. Manage the end-to-end sales and onboarding cycle, including qualifications, customer profiling, documentation, application preparation, approval follow-up and facility activation. Understand customer business and financing requirements and recommend appropriate lending solutions within approved product, eligibility, credit and pricing parameters. Ensure the quality, completeness and accuracy of customer information and supporting documentation submitted for credit assessment and transaction processing. Coordinate with Credit, Operations and relevant stakeholders to resolve transaction issues, remove process bottlenecks and ensure timely deal closure and disbursement. Ensure all sales and lending activities comply with internal policies, lending partners’ requirements, regulatory standards and approved operating procedures, while identifying and escalating potential risks. Conduct market intelligence activities, monitor competitor propositions and provide management with insights into SME trends, customer needs and new business opportunities.<br>Specialization:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field Administrative/ Coordination experience. Strong communication and organization skills.<br>Experience Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in SME banking, commercial banking, financial services, lending, relationship management or B2B financial sales, including demonstrated experience in customer acquisition, portfolio development and achievement of business targets.<br>Languages English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading and writing). Arabic: Native command of (Speaking, reading and writing).
