Role Description The Account Manager (Fragrances & Cosmetics) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role is responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the fragrances and cosmetics segment, ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular contact with clients, understanding their product needs, preparing quotations, and coordinating orders and deliveries with internal teams. The Account Manager will monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the product portfolio. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and supply chain teams, resolving issues promptly, and preparing reports and forecasts to support strategic account planning.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles, ideally within fragrances, cosmetics, or related consumer goods. Strong client-facing skills, including negotiation, presentation, and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Solid commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, track performance, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports. Knowledge of the fragrances and cosmetics market, including product categories, competitive landscape, and basic merchandising principles. Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and additional languages is an advantage.
